International Energy Investment Noor Group was first established and registered in 2022 in Uzbekistan under the name Finance Gold Oil.

After expanding its international activities and strategic partnerships, the group was officially re-established and registered in 2026 in the Republic of Tajikistan as International Energy Investment Noor Group, an international energy and infrastructure investment holding.

The group's mission is to connect capital, technology, human expertise, and strategic global projects while building long-term international partnerships.
